Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping.
Sales and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
For full refund requests, the buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions(unaltered, unworn, undamaged, come with all original tags). For partial refund requests, contact customer service first, and send the items back after confirmation.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by after you have received the items, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We only offer refund or exchange to items that are defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, refund will be arranged within 2 business days.
The refund will be processed to the previous payment account.PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately.

The return address will be provided by mail after you are approved.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
